Great company to work with

Put it simply I got robbed. Chris cancelled first appointment and turned up late on the second. My wife and I asked him on several occasions was he going to use the bag so he could probably clean the air-conditioner inside to rid the mould that builds up as we just purchased property and wanted a proper clean. Chris said he'll check and see if he needs it. I asked him twice myself and he said no it's pretty good and doesn't need it. Half the time he was there he was on his phone. I'd say he was at our house for around 45 minutes and said it's all done and clean. He charged us $250.00. Once he left I could see the top of the air-conditioner was still covered in dust on it as he just gave it a quick swipe. I decided to check inside and believe me he hadn't cleaned it at all. The filters were covered in thick dust you could tell he hadn't even tried to clean them. I looked inside and you could tell he hadn't cleaned the air-conditioner at all with build up of mould inside. I called him and explained he didn't do the job I paid him for, he replied it must be a build up of gunk. Obviously I was pissed off and told him I wanted my money back. He said hell come back and do it properly. Theres no way i wanted that bloke back in my house especially that fact that he just ripped me off. I know now why he gave me a weird look when when he asked so you just moved from QLD and I said yes but we grew up here and all our friends and family live here. Do yourself a favour and learn from my experience. I've requested my credit card company to recover funds he charged me for basically standing on a ladder and doing nothing.
